About Our Foundation

Massaley’s Foundation, Inc. is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Liberia dedicated to humanitarian relief and youth empowerment. We go beyond temporary aid by advocating for social justice, providing psychosocial trauma healing, and offering tuition-free vocational training to the youth of Monrovia and beyond.

Our approach goes beyond temporary aid. We build infrastructure, provide specialized training, and empower community members to become self-reliant. Every project we undertake is measured by its long-term impact on the families we serve.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer ( CEO )

Thomas Massaley.

Thomas Massaley a Liberian by birth, is a devoted humanitarian and seasoned leader in humanitarian relief efforts. Providing humanitarian assistance has become an integral part of his life , driven by his commitment to supporting those in need. Thomas Massaley derives great satisfaction from his humanitarian work, which spans over 15 years. Through his partnership with Mission Central, Computer Ministry and Abehinnyuen Community City Of Hope ( ACOH ), Inc., Thomas Massaley continues to advocate for education, healthcare, and community empowerment.

Co - Founder and General Program/projects Manager

Mrs. Aminata M. Massaley

Mrs. Massaley is the Co - Founder and General Program/projects Manager. Mrs. Massaley, Co - Founder and General program/project manager at Massaley's Foundation, provides strategic oversight for humanitarian programs serving in impoverished communities, children, youth, and then elderly across our operational areas. With over 8 years of experience in humanitarian assistance in the Country.

Miss Fatu Bailey

Miss Bailey, member, Board of Directors served on the Massaley's Foundation Board of Directors, providing strategic guidance in program development, organizational effectiveness, and field operations. Fatu Bailey brings extensive experience and expertise in program management and leadership, with over 9 years of experience.

Executive Director of Massaley’s foundation

Alphonso Z. Tam

Alphonso Z. Tam is the Executive Director of Massaley’s foundation, a non-profit humanitarian and philanthropy organization, dedicated to advancing social impact and improving lives across vulnerable communities in Liberia. With a strong commitment to service and equity, he provides strategic leadership, fosters partnerships, and drives initiatives that promote sustainable development, education, and healthcare for underprivileged communities targeting children, girls, people living with disability, women and seniors. His vision and dedication ensure that the organization continues to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and create lasting change.

Board Member

Mr. Abdullah A. Nuah.

I have accumulated over 14 years of experience working in various fields in Liberia. I have played essential roles in developing seven organizations, coordinated at least 10 project implementations, directed several training programs, and managed several institutions.

Administrative Manager

Eugene W. Nah

Eugene W. Nah has worked with local community NGOs for over three (3) years meanwhile, and has been working with Excellent Communications Incorporated (JOY FM 101.5) for over 6 years. Eugene W. Nah has acquired education in computer literacy, the teaching field for three years and is the current administrative Manager of the Massaley’s Foundation. He is also a Journalist, a Judicial Reporter and the current Television Producer plus a Continuative Announcer at JOY FM 101.5.

Finance Manager

Hawa Massaley

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with emphasis in Management from the University of Liberia in 2017/2018. She also obtained her Diploma and WAEC Certificate from St. Matthew United Methodist High School, Monrovia, in 2008/2009. She worked as an Office Assistant/Secretary at the Liberia Association of Female Sociology (LAFSO) from 2021 to 2022. Her professional experience also includes serving as Sales Manager at the Multi Purpose Business Center and as a waitress at Too Experience Entertainment Center, Monrovia. She currently serves as the Finance Manager at Massaley’s Foundation, where she oversees financial operations and supports the organization’s mission. Her background reflects strong experience in administration, finance, and organizational management.

National Coordinator

Thomas S. Kamara

He has extensive professional experience across humanitarian services, sales, laboratory operations, and industrial supervision in Liberia. He worked with Lutheran World Service & CCC in Bomi County District #3, contributing to community-focused development efforts. From 2000 to 2009, he served as a Sales Agent at EJ & J Investment Corporation Filling Station on New Georgia Estate Road. Between 2010 and 2014, he held multiple technical roles with ALS Liberia and SGS Liberia, including Sample Preparation, Testing & Verification, and Fire Acid Supervision in Gold and Iron Ore Quality Control. He also served as a Safety Agent in the Gold & Iron Ore Department at SGS Liberia in 2014, demonstrating leadership in workplace safety and operations. He currently serves as the National Coordinator, applying his broad management and technical experience to lead organizational activities effectively.
